Air heaters
Our air heaters can be manufactured in almost any size you require, we do not carry stock sizes as our turnover is usually adequate for our customers needs, we have the capacity to undertake any quantity from single units to many thousands per year and will work on a call off basis for large orders.
Manufactured primarily from UL approved mica paper sheet and the best 80/20 Nichrome wire these heaters suit many applications which need blown air heat coverage especially useful in the ducting market, suited to applications which require a raised air temperature for space heating or to direct heat onto a specific material as a non contact heater they suit moving parts very well.
Specifications may include
- Size ranges greatly with these heaters typically we will fit them into tubes from 50mm in diameter upwards
- Voltages from 6v through to 415v
- Wattages usually up to 15kw per unit, combinations are possible for greater range.
- Terminations may be plain wire, sleeved high temperature, fibreglass coated wire with or without crimp terminals.
